The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage on the 2nd basement level, a cellar compartment, shared use of the swimming pool in the basement of the Bun'ura house, shared use of the communal shoe room on the floor by the apartment, as well as shared use of the ski room at the house entrance. The TV programs are fed through the satellite dish collectively, and the internet is also operated by the community and made available to each owner for use.
