New apartment with south-facing loggia
On a beautiful and flat plot of land in the district of Altishausen (municipality of Kemmental), the last stage of the Linde residential development will be built in the coming months. The new buildings complete a modern and family-friendly residential area, with multi-family and single-family houses as well as a shared play and recreation area, which ideally reflects the typology of the rural surroundings.
Altishausen is located on the connecting road from Weinfelden & Berg TG to Kreuzlingen (6 km to the Kreuzlingen Süd motorway entrance). Kindergarten and primary school are located in Alterswilen and are easily accessible via the well-developed cycle path. The SBB train station Siegershausen is also only 1300 meters from the well-sunlit development.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the development took place in spring 2024. The first apartments can be occupied from September 2025.
The two three-story residential buildings will be built using solid construction methods. They each comprise three 4.5-room and 3.5-room apartments and are located above the jointly used parking garage with 24 parking spaces. All floors are accessible by lift. The facades will be designed as compact facades with external thermal insulation.
The open-plan layouts and high-quality materials create a very pleasant living ambience. Thanks to the generous glass surfaces, consisting of plastic windows with triple glazing, the living rooms are optimally sunlit. The loggia (1st floor/top floor) or the covered seating area (ground floor) are south-facing and promise many hours of sunshine.
Each apartment has two bathrooms, a small utility room and its own laundry tower. In the basement there is a technical room and a bicycle room, as well as two storage rooms. In addition, each residential unit has a cellar compartment.
