The Schlossbach project...
...includes two four-story residential buildings, each with 5 residential units. On the ground and upper floors, 4.5 room apartments are being realized. One two-story 3.5 room apartment extends over the 1st and 2nd upper floors. The attics will be developed with a 3.5 room penthouse apartment.
Each residential building is equipped with its own underground garage, each offering 10 parking spaces. One of these spaces is specifically designed for barrier-free, wheelchair-accessible use, thus ensuring maximum comfort and accessibility for all residents.
In the basement, there are also storage rooms for the penthouse apartments and designated bike parking spaces. These have their own lockable electrical connection for e-bikes. The storage rooms for the other apartments are located on the entrance floor.
