1. PARTICIPATION AND OFFERS

- Offers without this document will not be considered.

2. AUCTION PROCESS
- Transparency: The highest offer from the first round is communicated before the second round.
- Commitment:
- The selected buyer must be ready to sign the deed of sale before a notary within 10 days following the award.
- No financing period will be granted if financing was pre-approved.

3. TERMS OF SALE
