The condominium was originally designed for a family of five. Therefore, it has four bedrooms, a living kitchen with space for a dining table, and a living room as the largest room in the apartment. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub/WC/window and one with a shower/WC.
The apartment has several built-in wardrobes. Valuable is the very quiet balcony facing southwest with a view into the greenery and the kitchen balcony facing northeast with a view from Sonnenberg to Rigi. Practical is the 7-meter-long garage, which offers storage space or room for working. The parking space next to the garage belongs exclusively to the apartment.
The apartment has been very well maintained by the long-term owners. Kitchen, windows, and apartment door were renewed in 2001 (including repainting the apartment), and the floor coverings were replaced in 2012. Ongoing smaller renovations have been carried out, and the appliances in the kitchen have been replaced as needed (microwave 2021, dishwasher 2023).
Accordingly, the apartment is easily habitable in its current condition after a repaint and replacement of individual floor coverings. With regard to long-term use, it may be sensible to modernize the two bathrooms.
Due to its size, the apartment is suitable for a family with children, but it is also very practical for couples who want enough living space (including a home office). And of course, it is also very well suited as a retirement apartment thanks to the lift and the bus stop in front of the house.
