The project was developed with the main goal of providing high-quality services and amenities that meet the latest PPE standards as well as the expectations and needs of people who value space, comfort, light, and quiet.
8 APARTMENTS FROM 3.5 TO 4.5 ROOMS
8 apartments designed according to the same codes. Access to the underground garage is from the south side of the building, and the apartments are accessible by elevator from the underground garage.

A CONTEMPORARY ARCHITECTURE THAT OPENS OUTWARD
This construction of 8 apartments was conceived in the spirit of modernity and offers a contemporary, simple, and balanced architecture. All apartments have large window openings to the south, ensuring pleasant brightness. The generous balconies that surround the window fronts of the living area are a natural extension to the outside. The orientation, the distance from a natural, untouched environment, and the absence of direct neighbors provide a real added value for this beautiful unit.
