The project was developed with the main goal of offering high-quality services and executions that meet current PPE standards and the expectations and needs of people looking for space, comfort, light, and quiet.
8 APARTMENTS FROM 3.5 TO 4.5 ROOMS
8 apartments designed according to the same codes. Access to the underground garage is from the south side of the building, and the apartments are accessed directly from the underground garage via an elevator.

A CONTEMPORARY ARCHITECTURE, OPEN TO THE OUTSIDE
This building with 8 apartments was designed in the spirit of modernity and offers a contemporary, simple, and balanced architecture. All apartments have large openings to the south, ensuring pleasant brightness. The spacious balconies surrounding the living area’s windows are a natural extension to the outside. The orientation, the distance to a preserved natural space, and the absence of direct sight relationships provide a real added value for this very beautiful unit.
