The three 4-room apartments are ideally located in the southwestern part of Zermatt by the Vispa river and are sold as a unit. The location is quiet and central. All three apartments have a very similar functional layout. The rooms are bright and flooded with light.
Particularly noteworthy in all three apartments is the spacious living and dining area with a modern kitchen. Each apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
The terrace on the first floor is impressive. It is very large and offers plenty of space. A special highlight: from here you have an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn.
The apartment in the attic impresses with particularly high living spaces. The solid wooden beams create a cozy atmosphere. The balcony directly under the roof offers a beautiful panoramic view.
The apartments are very sunny during the day in good weather.
Access to the apartments is via the staircase on the east side of the building.
Zermatt is a municipality in the district of Visp in the southern part of the canton of Valais. The village has around 6000 inhabitants and is located at an altitude of about 1,600 m above sea level.
Zermatt is car-free, which significantly contributes to the relaxed atmosphere when strolling through the Bahnhofstrasse lined with numerous boutiques.
The highest mountain railway station in Europe is located here, as well as the highest ski station. The area offers a descent of over 2,000 meters in altitude down to the village. Zermatt is the starting point for numerous varied hikes, cycling, and mountain tours.
The property is located at Zen Steckenstrasse 14-16 in the back part of the village, in close proximity to the cable car to Furi/Trockener Steg/Klein Matterhorn.
