Technical description of the project

This new project will be built using traditional masonry and will meet the standards for low energy consumption buildings.

The windows and patio doors will be PVC with triple glazing. All external blinds will be aluminum slats with electric control.

Heat production will be ensured by an air-water heat pump and distribution will be done through the floor.

The apartments will be equipped with an individual heating and hot water metering system.

Each apartment will be equipped with a setup ready to receive private washing machine and dryer.
