In an 18,000 m2 park located south of Ecublens, on the Saint-Sulpice side, in the immediate vicinity of the EPFL.
New development of nine buildings with six to eight apartments, ranging from three to four rooms. The buildings will only have one floor above the ground floor. The three upper buildings (A, B, C) are intended for rental and the other six (D to I) for sale in divided ownership.
The construction site opened on October 11, 2024. The quality of the construction will be exceptional in terms of material selection and interior finishes. Particular attention will be paid to the exterior landscaping. The park will contain more than seventy mature trees as well as numerous native plants. The philosophy of the project is to live in a place where the surrounding nature and the large trees provide tranquility. Parking spaces will be located in a large underground car park with direct access to each building. A 60-square-meter community room will be made available to residents for various activities.
Energy production will be carried out for each building using a geothermal heat pump and solar panels, which will especially relieve the heat pump and the natural resources of the land in summer. A single-flow system is planned to optimize air quality in the apartments. The heat extracted will be redirected to the heat pump. The building will be labeled "Minergie". The buildings will also benefit from the "RCP" system (grouping of own consumption). A Free-Cooling system ("cooling of apartments in summer") will complete the many advantages of this new development.
