Wir suchen per 01.08.25 Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung in Wollishofen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Zimmer, 2 Badezimmer (eins mit Dusche und Waschturm, das andere mit Badewanne), Küche und 2 Balkone plus ein eigenes Kellerabteil. Es gibt diverse ÖV-Anschlüsse (SZU/Sihltalbahn, Tram Nr. 7, diverse Buslinien) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros, Denner, Coop, Aldi) in der Nähe. Besichtigungen sind in der Woche vom 9. bis 15. Juni möglich. Der See und die Sihl/Allmend sind ebenfalls um die Ecke für diverse Freizeitaktivitäten.

We are looking for somebody to take over our flat as of August 1st, 2025. The flat has 4 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower/washing machine/dryer, the other one with a bathing tub), kitchen 2 balconies and a storage section in the basement. There are several options for public transport (SZU/Sihtalbahn, Tram Nr. 7, multiple bus connections) and shopping possibilities (Migros, Denner, Coop, Aldi) nearby. We can arrange appointments to view the appartment from June 9th to June 15th. Lastly, the lake and the Sihl river as well as the Allmend park are closeby for recreational activities.
