Ich vermiete ein möbliertes WG-Zimmer mit eigener Toilette/Dusche in einer grosszügigen Familienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Garten.

Die Wohnung bietet 100 m² Wohnfläche und liegt in ruhiger Umgebung mit toller Aussicht auf das Limmattal. Zu Fuss sind es nur 3 Minuten bis zum Waldrand, 5 Minuten bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und 9 Minuten bis ins Zentrum Geroldswil, wo sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Bibliothek und das Hallenbad befinden.

Ich bin 37 Jahre alt, wohne unter der Woche alleine in der Wohnung und jeweils jedes zweite Wochenende lebt mein 8-jähriger Sohn für zwei bis drei Tage ebenfalls hier. Ich wünsche mir einen Mitbewohnerin, die/der sich in einem freundlichen Zuhause wohlfühlt und Freude daran hat, gemeinsam den Garten erblühen zu lassen.

• Zimmer: Möbliertes Zimmer (10.1 m²) mit einem Boxspringbett (140x200cm), einem Schreibtisch, Nachttisch und Regal. Platz genug für Kleiderschrank ist vorhanden!
• Miete: CHF 1'250 pro Monat inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
• Wohnung: Grosszügige Familienwohnung (100 m²) im Erdgeschoss mit grossem Garten, Parkettböden, eigener Waschmaschine und Trockner.
• Wohnzimmer: Lichtdurchflutet, mit Cheminée, einer Büroecke und tollem Ausblick auf das Limmattal!
• Garten: Mit Outdoor-Küche, Grill/Smoker, Reben, Feigen- und Apfelbaum sowie zwei Hochbeeten zur Mitbenützung.
• Wintergarten: Ein schöner, heller Wintergarten, der zum Entspannen einlädt.

I am renting out a furnished room in a shared flat with its own toilet/shower in a spacious family flat on the ground floor with a garden.

The flat offers 100 m² of living space and is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view over the Limmattal valley. Its just a 3-minute walk to the edge of the forest, 5 minutes to the next bus stop, and 9 minutes to the centre of Geroldswil, where youll find shops, a library and an indoor swimming pool.

I am 37 years old and currently live alone in the apartment during the week. Every other weekend, my 8-year-old son also lives here for two to three days. I am looking for a flatmate who feels at home in a friendly environment and enjoys helping to make the garden bloom.

• Winter garden: A lovely, bright conservatory perfect for relaxing.
• Kitchen: Well equipped with an induction stove, two ovens, dishwasher, and a large fridge (plus a freezer in the garage).
• Bathrooms: Two bathrooms one with a shower and toilet, the other with a bathtub and toilet. One of them is yours! :)
