Die mit Zirbelkiefer ausgestatteten Böden und Holzsboiserie aus Zirbelkiefer, verleihen dem Appartement ein gemütliches und und zum Engadin passendes Wohnambiente.
Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein en-Suite Badezimmer und Badewanne, das zweite Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Waschturm mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler.
 
Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Abstellplätze im Freien direkt vor dem Haus sowie ein Keller und es kann zusätzlich ein Abstellplatz in der Garage für CHF 160.- monatlich dazu gemietet werden. 

Minimale Mietdauer 6 Monate, maximum 12 Monate mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.

In the beautiful and peaceful La Punt-Chamues-ch, we are renting out this spacious 3.5-room apartment (approximately 129 m²) with a large terrace (81 m²) in a chalet-style house with only two units.

The apartment is fully furnished and features two bedrooms, an open kitchen, and a generous living and dining area with direct access to the large terrace. The swiss stone pine wood floors and paneling on the ceiling give the apartment a cozy ambiance that perfectly matches the Engadine style. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the second bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartments has its private washing machine and dryer.

The apartment includes two outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the house, a cellar, and an additional parking space in the garage that can be rented for CHF 160.- per month.

Minimum rental period is 6 months, with a maximum of 12 months and the possibility of extension.

L'appartamento è completamente arredato e dispone di due camere da letto, una cucina aperta e una generosa zona soggiorno e pranzo con accesso diretto alla grande terrazza. I pavimenti in legno di pino e il soffitto con boiserie in pino cembro conferiscono all'appartamento un'atmosfera accogliente, perfettamente in linea con lo stile engadinese. Una camera da letto ha un bagno en-suite con vasca da bagno, mentre il secondo bagno è dotato di doccia. L'appartamento dispone di una propria colonna lavatrice-asciugatrice.
