Zeitraum: von 1. September 2025 bis 28. Februar 2026.
Wir sind zwei Medizinstudenten, welche ihre geliebte Wohnung möbliert untervermieten möchten. Die Einrichtung auf den Bildern kann abweichen, für Tische, Stühle, Kücheneinrichtung, Schränke und Betten sind garantiert gesorgt! Details folgen auf Absprache. Da wir euch ein gemütliches Zuhause bieten möchten, jedoch unsere Einrichtung uns auch am Herzen liegt, wird der Zustand der Einrichtung direkt mit uns Vertraglich festgelegt und mit einer Kaution von einer Monatsmiete abgesichert. Nichtsdestotrotz suchen wir nach verantwortungsvollen Untermietern, die unser Zuhause wie ihr eigenes behandeln und der Ausstattung Sorge tragen.
Auf den Bildern ist aktuell noch ein Baugerüst zu sehen, die Arbeiten sind jedoch zum Zeitpunkt der Untermiete abgeschlossen.

3.5-room furnished apartment with balcony for rent in Viganello, centrally located. Available either as an entire apartment (1600 CHF) or as individual rooms. The larger room with balcony access: 850 CHF, the smaller room: 750 CHF per month. Utilities included, excluding electricity.
Surroundings: 5-minute walk to USI (Università della Svizzera italiana), 10 seconds to the Viganello Bottogno bus stop, Denner, Migros Voi, and a pharmacy. Publibike station 1 minute from the house. The lake is a 7-minute walk away.
Rental period: From 1St of September 2025 to 28th February 2026.
We are two medical students looking to sublet our beloved furnished apartment. The furniture in the pictures may vary, but tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, wardrobes, and beds are guaranteed! Details can be discussed individually. Since we want to offer you a cozy home but also care about our furnishings, the condition of the furniture will be contractually agreed upon directly with us and secured with a deposit of one month's rent. Nevertheless, we are looking for responsible subtenants who will treat our home as their own and take good care of the furnishings.
The pictures currently show scaffolding, but construction work will be completed by the time of subletting.

Dintorni: A 5 minuti a piedi dall'USI (Università della Svizzera italiana), a 10 secondi dalla fermata dell'autobus Viganello Bottogno, Denner, Migros Voi e una farmacia. Stazione Publibike a 1 minuto dalla casa. Il lago è raggiungibile in 7 minuti a piedi.
Periodo di affitto: Da 1. settembre 2026 a 28. febbraio 2027.
Siamo due studenti di medicina e desideriamo subaffittare il nostro amato appartamento arredato. L'arredamento nelle foto può variare, ma tavoli, sedie, attrezzatura da cucina, armadi e letti sono garantiti! I dettagli verranno concordati in base alle esigenze. Poiché vogliamo offrirvi una casa accogliente, ma teniamo anche al nostro arredamento, lo stato dei mobili sarà concordato contrattualmente direttamente con noi e garantito con un deposito cauzionale di un mese di affitto. Cerchiamo comunque subaffittuari responsabili che trattino la nostra casa come se fosse la propria e abbiano cura dell'arredamento.
Nelle foto si vede attualmente un'impalcatura, ma i lavori saranno completati al momento del subaffitto.
