Hallo zusammen

Ich suche jemanden, der meine Wohnung zum 01.11.2025 übernimmt.

Es handelt sich um eine Studio-Wohnung.

Zentral gelegen, aber sehr ruhig.

Die Terrasse ist riesig und bietet viel Privatsphäre.

Helle Wohnung mit vielen Fenstern.

Küche: Backofen, Geschirrspüler, kleiner Kühlschrank

Badezimmer: Badewanne

1 Garagenstellplatz (120 CHF pro Monat extra)

Ich bin gerade erst in diese tolle Wohnung eingezogen, muss aber wieder ausziehen, da ich mich entschieden habe, mit meiner Familie zusammenzuziehen.

Ich würde jemanden vorziehen, der den Garagenstellplatz und die folgenden Möbelstücke, die sich in einem sehr guten Zustand befinden, übernimmt:

1. 2 Barhocker

2. Kleiderschrank

An dem Kleiderschrank gibt es nichts auszusetzen; seine Masse passen perfekt in die Wohnung und er bietet eine effiziente Raumausnutzung. Die verstellbaren Regalböden (zum Einhängen in den Kleiderschrank) habe ich noch nicht gekauft bzw. eingebaut. Man kann sie problemlos bei IKEA kaufen.

3. Blumenkasten mit Rankgitter auf der Terrasse, den ich von der Vormieterin übernommen habe. Er ist sehr schön und kam bereits mit ihren Pflanzen drin - Blumen und Erdbeere.

Bitte bewerben Sie sich NUR, wenn Sie spätestens am 01.11.2025 einziehen UND wenn Ihr monatliches Einkommen mindestens das Dreifache der Miete beträgt.

This is a studio apartment on the ground floor -- EG.

Centrally located but very quiet.

The terrace is huge and provides a lot of privacy.

Bright apartment with many windows.

Kitchen: oven and dishwasher

Bathroom: bathtub

1 Parking spot in garage (costs 120 CHF extra per month)

I have actually just moved into this great apartment, but have to move out again, because I decided to move in with my family.

I would prefer someone who would take over the garage parking spot and the following pieces of furniture, which are in great condition:

1. 2 bar stools

2. Closet

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the closet; its dimensions fit the apartment perfectly and it offers efficient use of space. I have not yet bought/installed the adjustable shelves (to place inside the closet). You can buy them easily at IKEA.

3. A flower box with a trellis (on the terrace), which I took over from the previous tenant. It is pretty and comes with flowers and strawberries that she had planted.
