Zimmer zu vermieten - 8803 Rüschlikon

WICHTIG: Nur für den Monat Oktober!

Ich suche nach einem Nachmieter für mein gemütliches, möbliertes Zimmer in einer 5er WG in Rüschlikon. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine, einem Trockner und das Internet ist in der Miete inklusive. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da der See und die Bahnhaltestelle sowie Coop in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Hier lebt jeder eher für sich aber dennoch wird jeder mit Respekt behandelt. Uns ist die Pflege und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig und helfen uns so gut wie es geht um dies auch beibehalten zu können. Die Kaution beträgt zwei Monatsmieten. Ein Arbeitsvertrag in der Schweiz sollte vorhanden sein.

I am looking for someone to take over my cozy, furnished room in a 5-person shared apartment in Rüschlikon. The house is well equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and internet is included in the rent. The location is excellent, as the lake, the train station, and Coop can all be reached within a few minutes by foot. Everyone here mostly keeps to themselves, but respect is always shown to one another. We place great importance on cleanliness and maintaining the apartment, and we help each other as much as possible to keep it that way. The deposit amounts is two months' rent. A work contract for Swiss should be available.
