Hi there, I'm happy to rent out my bedroom for the next 6 months. It's a large appartment that covers the whole building floor, shared by you and two other flatmates.

Apart from the bedroom, you'll have access to a private bathroom with a small balcony, a generous living room with dining table for 8, and a huge sofa area that your friends will appreciate.

We are looking for someone sociable, clean and easy going, ideally in the 20-35 age range.

Open to all aplications, but preference for females. Spanish, Italian or Portuguese speaking is a plus.

The current posting is for a temporary tenant, but there is a chance of being able to keep the rent for longer.
