- 2 bedrooms – the free bedroom quite big (3.5m by 4.5m), south facing and overlooking a quiet inner courtyard.
- 2 bathrooms – everyone has their own WC and shower! - Washer and dryer in the apartment
- Big open plan kitchen (with dishwasher), living and dining room area which is great for hosting friends
- 3 large terraces (approx.. 60m2 total size) – perfect for those summer BBQs
- Pets allowed and welcomed!
- Sizeable storage in the basement
- Sihlcity 3 minutes walk away
- Bahnhof Enge 10 minutes walk away, and Zurich Giesshubel (train to HB in 4 minutes) 2 minutes walk away

You would be sharing the place with me! British guy, 31 years old and currently working in insurance. Have been in Switzerland for 5 or so years now, pretty relaxed person and like to keep active as much as I can.
