La signora Pozzoni si distingue per la sua grande reattività, una comunicazione chiara e trasparente, così come un'eccellente conoscenza del mercato locale. Sempre disponibile e attenta, accompagna i suoi clienti con serietà e impegno. Essendo io stesso un professionista della costruzione e dell'immobiliare, posso affermare che si è in ottime mani con la signora Pozzoni.

Fin dalla richiesta del dossier e per tutto il processo, la signora Bulliard è stata molto reattiva e precisa, il che ha permesso una buona collaborazione con il venditore. Rudolf Steinwender has my highest possible recommendation. I was introduced to him by my mortgage advisor, when he struck me immediately as discerning, judicious, and extremely well-informed about property and the current market. It was an added bonus that Mr Steinwender spoke fluent English. When assessing the value of my apartment, he presented a generous portfolio of information, including a comparative analysis of like property being sold in my region. This meant we were able to set the sale price at a reasonable and justifiable level. I obtained three other estimates for comparison, and none were as thorough as his. At a separate meeting, he brought a professional photographer to photograph my apartment; these photos were very sympathetic, and caught the grace and charm of the rooms without attempting any false impressions. The text accompanying the photos was also beautifully written, again fully appreciative of the building without distorting exaggeration. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted. Rudolf Steinwender thereafter dealt with the prospective buyers, with charm, understanding and tact. He also managed subsequent visits up until the signing of the contract. I had been very apprehensive going into the process, dreading both an agent's hard sales talk and visitors traipsing through my home. With his management, the whole process turned out to be an absolute pleasure, both for the seller and the buyers. Looking ahead, I feel nothing but delight that my apartment is going to such a nice family, and that the transaction was conducted with professionalism and fairness throughout, under Mr Steinwender's excellent guidance.

Il signor Andenmatten è stato molto professionale. La comunicazione tra lui e noi è stata sempre presente e ci siamo potuti fidare completamente di lui. Anche per quanto riguarda il prezzo o la commissione, siamo stati molto soddisfatti. La vendita è avvenuta rapidamente. L'immobile è stato venduto in brevissimo tempo. Si è occupato di tutto, sia per la visita dell'immobile, il contatto con il notaio e anche per le ulteriori procedure con il notaio. Si è occupato di tutto. Possiamo solo raccomandare il signor Andenmatten e la sua azienda.

Un bel progetto di costruzione in divenire. Acquisto di un lotto con una casa, possibilità di fare delle belle cose… dalla prima discussione all'appuntamento davanti al notaio sono passate 2 settimane. Ottimo
