Thank you for helping us throughout the process of buying the apartment! It was a pleasure to work with you! I am very satisfied with the process and the outcome. Overall experience was excellent, Benjamin was helpful, professional, reliable and super responsive. 5* Benjamin offered all the relevant information during the initial viewing and later during the offer phase and contract preparation. Advice on how to minimize bureaucracy and speed up the purchase process was much appreciated! 5* Communication was clear, effective with an extremely quick feedback loop. I think I always received answers to questions within minutes to 1-2 hours, which was much appreciated. 5* We are very happy with the overall results. Our needs were fully addressed. 5* Everything was extremely fast. I don't think the process could have been any faster, unless we didn't need a mortgage as a buyer. 5* Overall we are extremely satisfied with the process and Benjamin's help. Having been through this process before in Austria and Bulgaria, I can say that this has been the most effective setup and cooperation we've seen, and went above and beyond our expectation.

Il mandato di vendita di una proprietà per piano in un contesto abbastanza difficile è stato coronato di successo in un tempo abbastanza breve visto l'abbondanza di oggetti in vendita. Si trattava di un appartamento al 1° piano con poca vista all'interno di un complesso di case con un piazzale comune per 6 palazzine di medesima configurazione costruite alla fine degli anni 1980. Complimenti per il lavoro svolto e per le condizioni del mandato.

An der Breitenaustrasse 14 haben wir 11 Eigentumswohnungen realisiert. Frau Affolter hat mit der Vermoplan AG alle Wohnungen für uns erfolgreich verkauft. Frau Affolter ist eine fachkompetente Ansprechpartnerin die ihre Arbeit hervorragend ausführt.
