Conoscevamo già INTUS dalla gestione del nostro MFH Affoltern a/A e siamo molto soddisfatti anche del dipartimento di gestione (in generale e della responsabile attuale del mandato, la signora J. Mathys). Per questo motivo abbiamo conferito anche a INTUS l'incarico di vendita per l'EW Zug. Oltre alle domande già risposte, vorrei aggiungere: - Foto molto professionali, documentazione perfetta - Spontaneamente ci saremmo aspettati che la conclusione dell'accordo di prenotazione fosse un po' diversa rispetto alla prassi di INTUS. Avremmo gradito una consegna parallela di un accordo di prenotazione a più seri interessati, con l'indicazione che la prima restituzione firmata sarebbe stata presa in considerazione. Questo avrebbe ottimizzato un po' il processo temporale, considerando anche che il venditore è responsabile dei costi per l'oggetto in vendita fino alla registrazione nel registro fondiario. E questo anche alla luce dei tempi di attesa estremamente lunghi presso il notaio pubblico di Zug. - Nel nostro caso ci sono state diverse particolarità (ipoteca personale, titoli di credito non gravati, persona giuridica come acquirente). Questo ha comportato delle modifiche durante l'istruzione della notaia, che abbiamo dovuto avviare noi. => Alla fine, però, tutto si è svolto con piena soddisfazione, anche l'acquirente è stato "preso per mano" in questo processo e sembra essere molto felice dell'acquisto.
I was introduced to Mr Brunner in 2007 and when we decided to sell our property, we approached a few of the large estate agents in the Zug/Lucerne area as well as Mr Brunner - the difference in approach between them was quite staggering. With Mr Brunner, there were no assistants and other staff that we had to deal with - it was only Mr Brunner himself through the whole process from start to finish. The sales market at the time was difficult and Mr Brunner advised us to remain patient. We were also living outside Switzerland while the sale process was ongoing and Mr Brunner kept us constantly updated on potential clients and viewings and also attended to any issues on the house that needed rectifying during the sales process. In the end, not only did we end up getting our asking price but the whole process was executed very smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Brunner, and if we ever buy or sell a property in Switzerland, it will be definitely through him.
