Nachdem wir im Oktober auf ihrer Webseite unser Wunschobjekt entdeckt hatten, verlief der gesamte Kaufprozess äusserst zügig und effizient: Nach zwei Besichtigungen unterzeichneten wir zunächst den Reservationsvertrag und kurz darauf den Kaufvertrag. Bereits im Januar durften wir die Schlüssel in Empfang nehmen. Während des gesamten Ablaufs stand uns Frau Berka als verlässliche Ansprechpartnerin zur Seite. Sie reagierte prompt auf sämtliche Fragen und Anliegen, war auch für kurzfristige Termine verfügbar und übernahm die Koordination zwischen der Verkäuferschaft, dem Notariat und uns vollständig. Dank ihrer hohen Fachkompetenz, ihrer Kenntnis aller relevanten Abläufe sowie ihrer Sorgfalt im Umgang mit administrativen Aufgaben verlief der Kaufprozess für uns durchgehend reibungslos.
