Der Makler geht auf die Wünsche der Kunden ein und versucht sie, bestmöglich zu erfüllen. Die Vermarktungsstrategie war effizient. Kaufpreis und Zeitrahmen waren realistisch und sehr nahe an der finalen Transaktion. Zudem war er hilfreich beim Vermitteln von Dienstleistern aus dem Immobilienumfeld (Renovationen im Vorfeld des Verkaufs). Ich würde Julian Schaffner jederzeit wieder beauftragen und kann ihn absolut empfehlen.
