Philippe surely gets 5 out of 5. He has managed the sale of our house from A-Z very professionally. Starting from giving good and realistic guidance as to the property value over fantastic presentation including professional photography and 3D virtual tour. He was always there for us during the whole process and is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We very quickly got a list of potential buyers with real interest to buy and (very important) confirmed financing avoiding „real estate tourism“ and were in frequent contact. Sure, we were initially questioning whether we should save some money and sell privately but the decision not to do so was really worth every Frank and I highly recommend in case you plan to sell or buy.

We recommend Markus Nussbaum for anyone looking for property. We were working with him to buy a property in Wetzikon. We really liked his calm and helping approach. As I am not from Switzerland and do not speak well German.
