It was our first time buying a property in Switzerland. Though Peter was the seller's agent, he helped provide guidance on what all to expect along the way with the home ownership journey. We also agreed with the seller to make this a fast transaction, and with Peter's assistance, we managed to go from viewing to closing in about 2 months! It took a lot of communication and coordination to do this, and we had the year-end challenge in there too with bank and notary holiday closures, but he helped us get over the finish line on time.
Wir haben, 2024, als Erbengemeinschaft, das Elternhaus in Amriswil TG verkaufen müssen und Manuel Grieder, Immobilien, 8803 Rüschlikon damit beauftragt. Wir waren beeindruckt, wie professionell und zielgerichtet die Ausschreibung und Verhandlungen erfolgten und im Dezember den erfolgreichen Abschluss fanden. Wir können diese Firma nur empfehlen. Un grand merci pour la gestion dans le cadre de l'achat de mon 2.5 pièces à Crans-Montana. J'ai tout particulièrement apprécié la réactivé lors des mes demandes d'informations complémentaires (documents, plans, etc) sur le bien en vue de l'achat. Egalement un excellent suivi et contact lors de l'étape auprès du notaire, puis au final, la remise des clés sur place, les services annexes et la transmission de contacts dans pour mon projet de rénovation.
Herr Stomeo wurde beauftragt die Eigentumswohnung zu verkaufen. Er wickelte den Auftrag von der Insertion bis zum Verkauf bzw. notarielle Überschreibung sehr sauber und professionell ab. Er hat alle nötigen Schritte zuverlässig, unkompliziert, fair und kompetent unternommen. Dafür möchte ich mich nochmals bei ihm bedanken - unbedingt empfehlenswert.
