Hallo zusammen,
das beschriebene Zimmer in einer 3er Studi-WG wird über den Sommer frei. Ich suche prinzipiell eine/n Zwischenmieter/in, der/die zur ab frühestens Anfang Juni bis maximal Ende August in das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung einzieht. Dabei gehen auch einzelne Wochen bzw. Monate in dem Zeitraum, der Preis sowie die Dauer sind verhandelbar und sehr flexibel.

Das Zimmer (siehe Bilder) wurde vor 2 Jahren mit neuen Möbeln komplett möbliert und ist wie neu. Die Wohnung wirst du dir mit Colin (4. Semester Law Eco, 21) und Gabriel (Ende BA-BWL) teilen. Beide werden über den Sommer nur sporadisch in St. Gallen sein, weswegen du die Wohnung voraussichtlich über die meiste Zeit mehr oder weniger alleine nutzen wirst. Geboten wird dir ein wunderschönes, möbliertes 13 m2 Zimmer sowie eine grosse Wohnküche.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, voll möbliert und sehr hell (Dachgeschoss).
- Fr. 650.- anteiliger Mietzins pro Monat, inkl. Nebenkosten (FLEXIBEL)
- Ruhige Lage an der Ilgenstrasse 19 mit Parkmöglichkeit
- In Fussdistanz: 8min Bhf, 15 Marktplatz, 25 HSG
- Gute ÖV-Verbindungen: 2 zu Fuss zur Haltestelle Sporthalle mit Anschluss zu den Linien 3 und 4, 5 zu Fuss zur Haltestelle Rosenbergstrasse mit Direktanschluss an die Uni mit der Linie 9 und Anschluss zu den Linien 1, 2 und 10. Du steigst im 9er Bus vor allen anderen ein und hast immer einen Sitzplatz (was in der rush hour hinauf zur Uni oft ein grosses Problem ist, wenn man bspw. Blumenmarkt oder Bahnhof einsteigt)

Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock angesiedelt und neu saniert. Sie bietet 2 voll ausgestattete Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und grosser Wohnküche. Im Haus gibt es auch einen grossen Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine, die von wenigen Anwohnern geteilt wird. Der Sportplatz Kreuzbleiche ist 1 Minute entfernt und bietet perfekte Gelegenheit für Bewegung und Natur.

Hello everyone,
this room in a 3-person student flat will become available over the summer. In principle, I am looking for an interim tenant to move into the room or apartment from the beginning of June at the earliest until the end of August at the latest. The price and the duration are negotiable and very flexible.

The room (see pictures) was completely furnished 2 years ago with new furniture and is like new. You will share the apartment with Colin (4th semester Law Eco, 21) and Gabriel (end of BA-BWL). Both will only be in St. Gallen sporadically over the summer, which is why you will probably use the apartment more or less on your own most of the time. - Within walking distance: 8 train station, 15 market square, 25 HSG
- Good public transport connections: 2 walk to the Sporthalle stop with connection to lines 3 and 4, 5 walk to the Rosenbergstrasse stop with direct connection to the university with line 9 and connection to lines 1, 2 and 10. You get on the 9 bus before everyone else and always have a seat (which is often a big problem in the rush hour up to the university, for example when you get on at the flower market or train station)

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and has been newly renovated. It offers 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large eat-in kitchen. There is also a large laundry room with washing machine in the building, which is shared by a small number of residents. The Kreuzbleiche sports field is 1 minute away and offers the perfect opportunity for exercise and nature.
