Hello, my cosy and fully furnished room available from:

** 2nd of July till 6th of September **

Room is situated in Winterthur, 30 min away from Zurich HB by public transportation.

Room includes:
-single bed
-a sink with a tap
-storage areas and closets (some of it will not be available)
-a big desk with a lamp
-shared bathroom and showers
-shared kitchen (equipment for cooking included)
-room with washing and drying machines
-bike storage in the basement
-WIFI

No parking space available

Rules:
-No parties and no smoking in the room
-Quiet hour after 10.30PM
-Maintaining cleanliness in the shared spaces
-Losing a key of the room is fined with 200CHF
-No pets
-Room has to be left in the same state as it was received
-Check-out is on the last day at 11.00AM
-A deposit of 600CHF is mandatory and given back as soon as the main tenant returns to the room and inspects it for damages
-Rent has to be paid at least 1 week before moving in

breaking house rules may result in termination of contract without refunds

Price:
-650CHF per month (utilities included)
-Deposit of 600CHF. It will be returned after leaving the room, which will be checked for any damages
-100CHF cleaning fee
