Where: 1 min walk from Küsnacht station. 2min walk to the lake. Direct trains (S6 and S16) take you in 9min to Stadelhofen, 12min to HB and 26min to Airport. The flat has 3 rooms, two bedrooms and one spacious living room with chimney. There is shared garden as well.

If you like living in more peaceful area few steps away from the lake, where you have plenty places for swim or bbq and like walks in the woods but still wanna be within 10min in the city center, then it is the right place for you.

Price: 1200 CHF per month, all inclusive
or 900 CHF if you stay only during weekdays (Monday till Friday)
The room (11m2) comes furnished (as seen in pics) or if u wish unfurnished

Who would be the perfect match: Someone kind, easy going with big sense of humor. If you respect private space but still would like to have a chat over cup of tea / beer / wine from time to time and love cooking or at least eating, we might be a good match. Thieft Alert: Hamstering (storing) sweets at home is not recommended. I never buy some, but tend to steal if, in need. Sorry! (not sorry) Otherwise I would like a new flatmate to be tidy person and not afraid of vacuum cleaner & other things that help keeping the flat clean and nice to live in.

Also, preferably someone 27 + so we are more or less same age. German & English work well. Yoga, art, sports, books, gardening or lunch naps - might be another things we could have in common ....or not.

Please note that the flat is few steps away from S Bahn station, which gives you advantage of never missing ur train but also a little noise.
