I'm sub-renting my room in a two-person shared, but spacey apartment (4 rooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom) in the quiet and beautiful Hottingen neighbourhood. The location is great - you're in the city centre by foot in 15-20 mins, or by tram in 10 and you also have the endless Dolder forest nearby. The flat comes with a small, sunkissed balcony and a garden that is shared with the other people in the building.

You'd be living with my lovely flatmate Leonardo. Leo is 26, Italian but speaks perfect English (and approximately 5 words of Swiss German), works in banking, and loves his routines during the week and meeting friends and going to the mountains during the weekends.

You're a good fit for this flat if you're kind and tidy. It's definitely the ideal place if you're only just moving to Zurich and need something temporary before getting settled or are here for a placement, but of course also accommodates any other life circumstances.

The room is available from now or later in the month of April until beginning or end of June (move in and move out date are flexible by a few days, let's discuss :)). All furniture (bed, bedside table, two wardrobes) will stay in the room, so you won't need to bring any of that.
