(english below) Hey! Ich heisse Jasmin, bin 20 Jahre alt und suche zwei neue Mitbewohner:innen für unsere Wohnung im wunderschönen Seefeld! Wir sind 2min vom See entfernt und mit dem Tram nur 10min vom HB. Meine aktuellen Mitbewohner:innen ziehen wegen Job/Studium aus, und im Sommer ziehe ich selbst aus und werde dann die ganze Wohnung untervermieten, also die drei Zimmer.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, eine Küche und als Highlight eine riesige Dachterrasse! Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, ich weiss die genaue Grösse nicht, aber ich würde schätzen ca. 20 m². Zusätzlich gibt es viel Stauraum im Keller und im Estrich :)
Ich suche jemanden, der offen und entspannt ist und den es nicht stört, wenn mal Freunde zu Besuch sind. Mich stört es auch nicht, wenn du später am Abend kochst, duschst oder dich unterhältst, solange es natürlich nicht zu laut wird :) Ausserdem wäre es schön, wenn du hygienisch bist — du musst aber kein perfekter Ordnungsfreak sein.
Das Zimmer ist ab ca Mitte Mai frei (verhandelbar) es sind die Malm Kommoden mit LED vom Bild und ein Bett im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Die Miete wäre unbefristet :)

Hey! My name is Jasmin, I'm 20 years old, and I'm looking for two new flatmates for our beautiful apartment in Seefeld! The flat is 2min away from the lake and with the tram just 10min to Zürich HB. My current flatmates are moving out for work/studies, and I'll be moving out myself in the summer. I'll be subletting the entire apartment, which means all three rooms will be available.
The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and the highlight: a huge rooftop terrace! The rooms are very spacious — I'm not sure of the exact size, but I'd estimate around 20 m². There's also plenty of storage space in both the basement and the attic :)
I'm looking for someone open-minded and easygoing, who doesn't mind having friends over from time to time. I also don't mind if you cook, shower, or chat later in the evening, as long as it's not too loud, of course :) It's important to me that you're hygienic, but you don't need to be perfectly tidy.
The room will be available from mid may but the exact date isnegotiable. Included in the rent are the malm cupboards with LED from the photos and a bed. There are also three Malm drawers that could potentially be bought from the current tenant. The rental period would be unlimited :)
