About the flat:

The flat is located just next to Hardplatz, with the buses 31, 72, 83 and the tram 8 under 2 minutes away, and the train station Hardbrucke a 7ish minute walk away.

The flat is on the 4th floor (no elevator), has one bathroom with a washing machine, and one kitchen. We also have a cellar for storage. The flat does not have a living room but the entrance is spacious enough for a small cozy space.

The room comes unfurnished except for a wardrobe to sell (50 CHF)

About me:

I am 24 years old (F), I speak English, French and Portuguese, and am currently doing my PhD. I like being sociable but mainly outside the flat, as I like to come back to a calm, quiet flat in the evening. I love knitting and plants.

About you:

Between 23 and 35 years old, working professional, sociable, clean, fun:)

The rent is 1014CHF per month, the utilities are included within a threshold, meaning the gas and electricity consumption is calculated and we then need to pay the excess. A deposit of 3 months-rent is required.
