Rental Information

• Rent: 970.-/month which includes the basics: WI-Fi, water consumption, heating, electricity.
• Minimal Stay Duration: At least 6 months, after which there is a (very flexible) 3-month notice period.
• Civil Liability Insurance: Required (approx. 120.-/year, unless you already have it).
• Is this a subrental? No. This is not a subrental. You may use this accommodation as your primary residency, and get to have your name on the mailbox.
• Move-in Date: June 1st at the latest.

Location & Accessibility
The flat is a 4.5-room flat located in Wallisellen with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, and free storage space in the cellar. The flat is only 7 min away on foot from Wallisellen's train station. From there, you can reach Zurich HB in 9 min and Oerlikon in 3 min by train. The flat is also only 10 min away on foot from the Glatt shopping center where you can find grocery stores (e.g., Migros, Aldi) and various retails.

Flatmates
Ramzi will be one of your two flatmates. He's a 26-year-old Algerian and a PhD student in a scientific field. He speaks French and English fluently, and has interest in learning German. He's very nice and very respectful, and he appreciates discussing random topics over dinner every now and then. Another room will be free by the end of May, which is not listed here, so you might meet your other flatmate when you both visit the flat.

Our Preferences

• Pet-free;
• English/French speaker for basic day-to-day communication;
• MSc student / PhD student / young professional (21 to 30 years old);
• No indoor partying or extremely noisy activities, but inviting people over occasionally is welcome of course;
• Keep shared spaces clean and tidy.
