Transportation: 3-minute walk to the nearest bus station. Approximately 30 minutes by public transport to Zurich HB
Tenant Requirements: As this is a female-only dorm, we are looking for female tenant(s) who is clean (please clean up after cooking), quiet, and respectful
Important Note: The room is sublet for 11 days due to I will be travelling during this period. So, this room cannot be registered as an official residence.
Room & Shared Spaces:

• The room is furnished with one double bed, one big wardrobe, 2 tables and 2 chairs.
• The apartment has 4 rooms across two floors:
• Ground floor: 1 room(my room), a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom
• Upper floor: 3 rooms
• Basement: Laundry area and storeroom
• You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area with three other female roommates.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, a refrigerator and an oven.

Nearby Amenities:

• 4 minutes walk to Denner for groceries.
