The room is 14.56 m2, very bright, with parket and fully furnished with a wardrobe, night table, bed, chair and table. You will have your private WC/dusche, only for you. The house is very big and on the ground floor, with kitchen, living room and a private terrace with garden and nice views to Stanserhorn. Keller is also available. The house is located next to the hospital of Nidwalden, 15 mins walking from Stans Bahnhof and 10 to the shopping center Laenderpark. It is very quiet and surrounded by nature and nice views to the mountains. There is a bus stop in front of the house.
The contract (950 CHF) includes Wifi and Serafe. Electricity not included.
I am a 33 years old guy looking for a roomie. In my free time I like to do outdoor sports such as skiing, hiking, climbing, etc., but also reading and going for beers. I am looking for someone with a similar vibe: respectful, clean, and friendly. A good and harmonious living environment is important to me. :)

Das Zimmer ist 14.56 m2 gross, sehr hell, mit Parkett und vollstaendig moebliert mit einem Kleiderschrank, Nachttisch, Bett, Stuhl und Tisch. Du wirst dein eigenes WC/Dusche haben, nur fuer dich. Das Haus ist sehr gross und im Erdgeschoss. Mit Kueche, Wohnzimmer und einer privaten Terrasse mit Garten und schoener Aussicht auf das Stanserhorn. Keller ist auch verfuegbar. Das Haus befindet sich neben dem Spital von Nidwalden, 15 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Stans und 10 Minuten vom Einkaufszentrum Laenderpark entfernt. Es ist sehr ruhig und umgeben von Natur und schoener Aussicht auf die Berge. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus.
Der Vertrag 950 CHF beinhaltet Wifi und Serafe. Strom nicht inbegriffen.
Ich bin ein 33-jaehriger Typ und suche einen Mitbewohner. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Outdoorsportarten wie Skifahren, Wandern, Klettern usw., aber auch Lesen und mal ein Bier trinken. Ich suche jemanden mit einem aehnlichen Vibe, respektvoll, sauber und freundlich. Ein gutes und harmonisches Wohnumfeld ist mir wichtig. :)
