I will be subletting my room from 01.07.2025 to 31.08.2025.
The room is located in a shared flat for 3 people in Varis 5, 1700 Fribourg on the 3rd floor with lift. The rent is 470 CHF per month. Utilities are CHF 40 and include electricity and hot water. Wifi is included in the rent.
It is a cosily furnished room with a bed, desk, wardrobe, a rule and an armchair. The room is 15m2.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms, the larger one with a shower and a toilet and the smaller one with only a toilet. In the basement there are washing machines for shared use.
The flat is a 5-minute walk from the Miséricorde campus, 10 minutes from the railway station and 25 minutes from the Pérolles campus. The distance can also be easily covered by bike. Shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, Lidl) are also only 5-10 minutes away on foot.
