The apartment is modern and spacious. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (2 showers) and a balcony. There are high-speed wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, hoven and induction hobs. Each tenant has his/her own fridge and freezer. The price of the room includes all bills, house supplements (i.e. toilet paper, bin bags, dishwasher pods), and a cleaning service of the common areas once a week. The building has an indoor bike shed and a rooftop for residents.

Move-in date is in June (ideally 16th but can be agreed differently). The current contract goes until 31st of August, and you can renew with the landlord for a longer stay if you are interested.
