Hey du! Suchst du eine coole Unterkunft in der Stadt Zürich? Ich bin Felix und werde für 2 Monate auf Reisen gehen. Deshalb möchte ich mein Zimmer untervermieten. Hier ein paar Infos zum Zimmer:

• Perfekte Lage: Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Hardbrücke entfernt. Das bedeutet eine mega bequeme Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr und du bist schnell überall in der Stadt.
• Alles inklusive: Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und du hast sogar dein eigenes Badezimmer. Pluspunkt: Der Balkon ist richtig gross und lädt zum Entspannen ein.
• Mietdetails: Der Preis beträgt CHF 900 pro Monat, inklusive aller Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser und Internet. Ausserdem kommt alle zwei Wochen eine Putzhilfe vorbei, deren Kosten ebenfalls in den Mietkosten inbegriffen sind.
• Katzen: Du hast wahrscheinlich bemerkt, dass der Mietpreis sehr günstig ist für Zürich, dies ist so, weill du nicht nur die Wohnung mietest, sondern auch für meine 3 Katzen verantwortlich bist, diese sind sehr pflegeleicht, jedoch immer sehr hungrig ;)
• Mietdauer: Die Mietdauer erstreckt sich von Juli bis September 2025.
• Über die WG: Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Alexa. Sie macht gerade ihr Doktorat in Physik an der ETH. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne klettern oder ist sonst sportlich unterwegs. Ach ja, und ab und zu passen wir auf unseren Nachbarshund Loui auf.
• Rauchfrei: Ein wichtiger Punkt für uns ist, dass unser neuer Mitbewohner bzw. unsere neue Mitbewohnerin Nichtraucher:in sein sollte.

Wenn du Interesse hast oder noch Fragen, meld dich einfach! Ich freue mich darauf, jemanden Nettes zu finden, der/die mein Zimmer für eine Weile übernehmen möchte.

• All-Inclusive: The room comes fully furnished, and you even get your own bathroom. Bonus: There's a spacious balcony where you can lean back and relax.
• Rent Details: The monthly rent is CHF 900, which covers all utilities such as electricity, water, and internet. Additionally, a cleaning service comes by every two weeks, and the cost is also included in the rent.
• Cats: You've probably noticed that the rent is very cheap for Zurich. This is because you're not only renting the apartment, but you're also responsible for my three cats, who are very easy to care for but always very hungry ;)
• Rent Period: The sublet period runs from Juli to September 2025.
• About the flat: Your flatmate will be Alexa, she is currently pursuing her PhD in Physics at ETH. In her free time, she enjoys climbing and staying active. Oh, and every now and then, we look after our neighbor's dog, Loui.
