I am renting out the big room in my flat.

The flat is 5 minutes from Zurich Binz, or 12 minutes from HB, in a very quiet yet accessible location close to Sihlcity and Uteliberg.

The flat is fully renovated and fully furnished (more furnished than in pictures) and the amenities include a dishwasher in the flat and washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement.

I am ideally looking for a single person looking to rent for 6 months only.

You will be sharing your flat with me, 30 years old male IT engineer, speaking fluent English, French, and Italian. I live a healthy lifestyle and love to cook.
