· Gemeinschaftswaschküche mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler (Waschplan vorhanden)
· Küche mit ca. 1 Jahr alter Einbau-Geschirrspülmaschine (sollte übernommen werden, Rechnung vorhanden)

We are looking for a new tenant as of July 1st, 2025 for our bright and charming 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a quiet 4-unit building, located on a peaceful side street between the Gotthelf and St. Johann neighborhoods.
Apartment details:
· Balcony facing a quiet courtyard
· Spacious private basement storage and an additional storage room (Reduit) in the stairwell
· Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer (with laundry schedule)
· Kitchen with a built-in dishwasher (approx. 1 year old – should be taken over, invoice available)
· One of the three rooms is a connecting room
