Ich suche einen neuen Mieter für meine helle und geräumige Wohnung in der ruhigen und gut angebundenen Gegend der Gotthelfstrasse 96. Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Gehminuten von Migros und Coop sowie von den Strassenbahnlinien 6, 1 und Bus 36 entfernt, was sie äusserst praktisch für den täglichen Pendelverkehr macht.
Ich werde bis Ende Mai ausziehen, suche jedoch eine Person, die bereit wäre, die Wohnung fueher als Untermieter zu beziehen und anschließend den Mietvertrag uebernimmt.
Die Untermiete betraegt CHF 1.000 pro Monat (verhandelbar), wobei ich den restlichen Mietbetrag übernehme.
Zusätzlich werde ich einige Möbel zum Verkauf anbieten, darunter:

• Couch
• Weißer Kleiderschrank
• Weißer Küchenschrank
• Sessel
• Badezimmermöbel
• Matratze und Bettgestell
• Stehlampen
• Geschirrspüler

Alle Möbel befinden sich in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, da ich nur etwa anderthalb Jahre in der Wohnung gewohnt habe.
Der Gesamtpreis für die Möbel beträgt CHF 900 (auch verhandelbar).

I am looking for a new tenant for my bright and spacious apartment in the quiet and well-connected area of Gotthelfstrasse 96. The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from Migros and Coop as well as tram lines 6, 1 and bus 36, which makes it extremely convenient for daily commuting.

I will be moving out by the end of May, but am looking for someone who would be willing to sublet the apartment for a while and then take over the lease.

The sublet is CHF 1,000 per month (negotiable) and I will pay the rest of the rent.

In addition, I will offer some furniture for sale, including
