The room includes a bed and wardrobe and is ready for immediate use. You will be sharing the apartment with two respectful and friendly flatmates. The common areas include:

• A balcony perfect for relaxing

We are looking for a tenant who is extremely clean, reliable, and respectful of shared spaces. Preference will be given to individuals who have a personal connection or referral through friends or acquaintances.

Before confirming the sublet, I would like to have a video call to get to know each other and clarify any details. After that, we can finalize the move-in date within the specified window.
