Beautiful, brand new 1 bedroom apartment steps away from Zurich Binz Station (5 minutes to Zurich HB) available July 1st. We have lived in the apartment for one year and were the very first tenants - we have loved living here and are leaving the apartment as we will be moving abroad. We are hoping to sell most of the furniture including kitchen/cooking ware to the new tenants - to be discussed!

The apartment is pet-friendly and has ample storage including a basement storage unit. There is a parking garage and may be a possibility to rent a parking spot, though we do not rent one ourselves. The apartment is on the ground floor but as the building is on a hill, there is a great view of the Uetliberg and a lot of light.

The apartment would be great for someone moving to Zurich as it could be fully furnished and ready to move in - we are happy to offer virtual viewings or in-person.
