Looking for someone to take over our lease for a spacious 2.5-bedroom apartment in Dubendorf, available from May 15:
· Excellent location right by Dubendorf train station (right downstairs, 2 minutes walk), and 8 minutes walk to city center with Migros, Coop, Denner, Activ Fitness gym, etc.
· Rent: 1952, deposit: 3 months rent.
· One bedroom, spacious living room connected to modern kitchen with dishwasher, laundry machines in the bathroom.
· Two balconies, one transformed into an office space.
· Storage area in the basement.
· Fully furnished: As we are leaving Switzerland, we are looking for someone who will take all the furniture in the apartment for a reasonable price to be negotiated. Everything you see in the pictures except personal items and the guitar. This also includes some great modifications we made to the apartment, such as glass door for the shower (no curtain), and modified office space in the balcony with comfortable floor mats.
