I am leaving soon my beautiful apartment starting July. The flat is perfect for one person or a couple. It has plenty of light, it's very spacious. The neighbors are amazing, the location is super convenient. It is the flat of my dreams and for the price totally worth it. I got a great job offer this year in France and that's the reason I'm leaving cause seriously: this flat is super cute. I would priorize people that will BUY the furniture it comes with..My room is Japanese style decorated,with a huge tatami. The room is very spacious and you have also a huge basement and an atic to storage things. It is by tram 15 min far from the centre. With bike 8 minutes😊🫰🏽 it has all supermarkets around : coop, Migros and aldi. Also you got the UETLIBERG right in front and walkable in 20 minutes!!!! This is a perfect flat for a person that works and likes to have a home where to rest and feel happy and relaxed. Also you can put loud music and dance alone or whilst you cook and enjoy ( I do all the time and my neighbors don't hear anything) oh yeah..the kitchen is a dream for cooking lovers like me. the set up of the rooms are a bit quirky (you enter and there is the eating room, then you have a huge bedroom but there is no living room-this never bothered me. I like things different but you have to know yourself,:) I also want to rent it to someone that is clean, responsible and takes care of it. Text me
