Hallo zusammen,

wir gehen in den Sommermonaten auf Reisen und vermieten unsere schöne 4.5-Zimmerwohnung (ca. 130 qm) im Zeitram 1. Juli bis einschliesslich 30. September 2025. Wir sind grundsätzlich flexibel – unter Umständen können wir eine leicht angepasste Mietdauer vereinbaren.

Wenn ihr gerne im Wasser planscht bzw. den schönen Zürichsee hautnah erleben wollt, werdet ihr die Wohnung lieben. Sie liegt quasi direkt an der Seestrasse und bietet verschiedene Badestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. In ca. 3 Minuten erreicht man eine öffentliche Badestelle, die auch für SUPs (ihr könnt gerne unseren in der Zeit nutzen) perfekt geeignet ist. Zudem befindet sich in rund 10 min Fussdistanz die Badi Männedorf, sowie unser cooler Tennisverein.

Der ca. 77 qm grosse, langgezogene Balkon ist mit einer bequemen Couch (nicht auf den Bildern ersichtlich), einem 4er-Esstisch, einem Weber-Grill und einer ca. 15 Meter langen Lichterkette ausgestattet, so dass ihr die warmen Sommerabende bestens ausklingen lassen könnt.

Die Wohnung verfügt, zusätzlich zur Küche und zum Wohn-/ Essbereich über 3 (Schlaf-)zimmer und 2 Badzimmer. Ein Bad ist mit einer Dusche, das andere mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Im beigefügten Grundriss könnt ihr alle Details nachvollziehen.

Der Mietpreis beläuft sich auf monatlich CHF 3'490 inkl. aller Nebenkosten (Strom, Internet und TV ebenfalls inbegriffen). Im Mietpreis ist ebenfalls ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage enthalten. Wir würden eine Kaution von CHF 5'000 einbehalten und zum Mietende zinsfrei wieder erstatten. Zudem wird eine Privathaftpflichtversicherung vorausgesetzt.

Falls nicht so viel Platz benötigt wird, können wir gerne ein Zimmer zur Zwischenlagerung unserer Privatgegenstände nutzen und einen Teil des monatlichen Mietzinses übernehmen.

Wir wollten nicht Bilder von allen Zimmern veröffentlichen, um unsere Privatsphäre zu schützen. Bei Interesse können wir euch die ganze Wohnung gerne persönlich oder per Videochat vorstellen.

Der Bahnhof, verschiedene Einkaufsläden (Migross, Denner), die Post, diverse Ärzte etc. sind in 10 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Spital Männedorf ist sogar nur 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt.

Hello everyone,

We will be traveling during the summer months and are renting out our beautiful 4.5-room apartment (approximately 130-square-meter) from July 1 through September 30, 2025. We are generally flexible – depending on the situation, we may be able to agree on a slightly adjusted rental period.

If you enjoy swimming or want to experience beautiful Lake Zurich up close, you will love this apartment. It is located right by Seestrasse and offers several swimming spots within immediate walking distance. A public bathing area, perfect for swimming and stand-up paddleboarding (you are welcome to use our SUP during your stay), can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot. Additionally, the Männedorf swimming pool ("Badi Männedorf") and our tennis club are about a 10-minute walk away.

The approximately 77-square-meter, elongated balcony is equipped with a comfortable sofa (not shown in the pictures), a dining table for four, a Weber grill, and a 15-meter-long string of lights – perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings.

In addition to the kitchen and living/dining area, the apartment has three (bed)rooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower; the other is equipped with a bathtub. You can see all the details on the attached floor plan.

The monthly rent is CHF 3,490, including all utilities (electricity, internet, and TV are also included). A parking space in the underground garage is also included in the rent. We would require a deposit of CHF 5,000, which will be refunded in full (without interest) at the end of the rental period. In addition, personal liability insurance is required.

If you don't need all the space, we are happy to use one of the rooms to temporarily store some of our personal belongings and would cover part of the monthly rent in that case.

We chose not to post pictures of all rooms to protect our privacy. If you are interested, we would be happy to show you the entire apartment either in person or via video chat.

The train station, various grocery stores (Migros, Denner), the post office, several doctors, and more are within a 10-minute walk. The Männedorf Hospital is even just 5 minutes away.
