I am looking for somebody to take over the 1.5 studio apartment in Zurich as of mid-May.

• Clean, well-maintained bathroom.
• Ample storage space in the basement. Also has a shared bike storage room.
• Quiet neighbourhood.
• Close to public transportation. Tram stops Letzigrund & Albisriederplatz are within 5-7min walking distance. 10min walk to the bus stop, where you can take Bus 31.
• Close to supermarkets. Migros, Coop, Aldi are within walking distance.

There is an option to take over some of the furniture. I am willing to sell the convertible sofa, dining table and a coffee table with the chairs in the balcony.
