We have been living in the apartment since October 2024 and we really like it here. However, we are moving out because we have bought our own home.
Please note the following:
We are explicitly looking for someone who takes over the apartment or the rental agreement as of August 1, 2025, including the underground parking space. No viewings will be conducted if the takeover date is later.
It cannot be guaranteed that the administration will make the confirmation in April.
