Januar 2026, da ich ein Auslandssemester absolviere.Sie befindet sich in 8404 Winterthur, 15 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Zentrum Winterthur entfernt.Sie ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über ein Bett, eine Couch, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und einen Fernseher. Der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen auf der Couch ein. Im Keller stehen außerdem eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockenraum zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Wasser-, Strom- und Heizkosten sind bereits im Preis inbegriffen. Für einen reibungslosen Ein/Auszug fallen einmalige 400 CHF zusätzlich an. This apartment is for rent from september 09.2025 until january 01.2026, because I'm studying a semester abroad.
It is located in 8404 Winterthur, 15min with the bus from the Winterthur center.
It's fully furnished with a bed, couch, wardrobe, workdesk and TV. The balcony is a great place to relax and chill outside on the couch. There is also a washing machine and a drying room to share in the basement. Water, electricity and heating costs are already included in the price.
