It is also furnished, including 1 single bed with storage and a fully equipped private kitchen, private bathroom, 2 shelves. You can also choose to have 2 small desks or 1 large double desk.

Price 80chf (internet, electricity, heating, laundry, maintenance); 40 chf insurance, and a key card); 130chf weekly cleaning of the studio.

Rent: CHF 1,350 per month + 80chf + 40chf + 130chf.

Please prepare the following documents.

• A copy of the ID or passport (for students with income < 3900 CHF per month, add a guarantor ID or passport).

• A certificate of pre-enrolment or enrolment at a university or school.

• A copy of an extract from the debt enforcement register (for persons residing in Switzerland for more than 3 months only (tenant and guarantor)).

• A copy of the last three payslips. Alternatively, if the tenant has < 3900 CHF monthly income, a copy of the guarantor's last three payslips (minimum of EUR 5,000.00 or CHF 5,000.00 net is required) and the guarantor's last tax notice.
