A one-room apartment in Ittigen is available for rent immediately. It is located on the 5th floor, very quiet and with minimal comfort. The price is acceptable, but the building is quite echoey. After 11:00 PM, I hardly dare to wash anymore because it's so quiet. The sunsets are very idyllic, but the view is otherwise quite dismal.

Due to the many companies opposite, there is a long waiting list for parking spaces. However, my apartment comes with a parking space - and that's even the pole position right in front of the door. Since the handover of the apartment is planned for May 1st, 2025, I ask that only interested parties who already have an extract from the debt collection register contact me.
